Between the 7th and the 9th of February, Emphasys Centre took part in the annual Cyprus International “Education and Career” Exhibition in Nicosia, Cyprus.
The Exhibition was organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth of Cyprus, the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (ΟΕΒ) and the European Office of Cyprus (EOC), in cooperation with the British Council Cyprus.
During the Education and Career fair, the Emphasys Centre organised the Multiplier Event to present the results of the ‘ROBOT4ALL project’. The event was organised on Friday 7th of February 2020. During the event apart from the presentation of the project, and in particular the Robot4All TOOLKIT and an INFODESK was set up in order to provide the opportunity for people who were interested in the to learn further information. The Emphasys team informed the participants about the ROBOT4ALL TOOLKIT which included:
- The Guiding Document
- The Comparative Report
- The handbook
- Exercises and assignments
- Academy Guide and
- The presentation
Several important stakeholders, key people and official bodies, as well as parents, young people, teachers, VET trainers, youth workers and many others observed the ROBOT4ALL project. Among them, the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth Mr. Prodromos Prodromou, the President of the European Office of Cyprus and Vice-Rector of the Nicosia University Dr Constantinos Phellas, as well as lecturers from Frederick and European Universities attended.
Overall, the “Education and Career” Exhibition 2020 presented a wonderful opportunity for the dissemination of the ROBOT4ALL project, to a large number of interested people (estimated to be more than 10,000 based the official announcement of the organising bodies).

Cyprus Computer Society

Also on the 7th of February, the Cyprus Computer Society took part in the annual expo and had their multiplier event.
During the event apart from the presentation of the project, and in particular the Robot4All TOOLKIT and an INFODESK was set up in order to provide the opportunity for people who were interested in the to learn further information.
